It’s Tuesday afternoon and the reality sets in as all the parts and accessories displays disappear from our showroom.  We have talked about it for a long time but in 6 days we will be opening the doors at our new location on Peach Street.

We had not planned a Ride N Dine Club ride for the upcoming Wednesday but Big Rick and I felt there was a monumental importance to have one final ride from the old store.  Since we missed one of our favorite destinations due to rain we tried to get a hold of everyone to let them know we were rolling out one last time for the Club at the old store.

We rolled out around 6:30 as business was hectic and well we had to wait for the Oxygen boy to hook up his mobile unit on his Nomad (perfect example of being obsessed with riding).  The route is somewhat of a blur to me as the last 5 days have been combined into one long hectic moment.  I do know we headed south and then turned westward once we hit Edinboro, from there we shot over 6N to Albion we trekked back North toward Crowley’s.

The evening was a little brisk must a great sunset and ride took your mind off of that.  Once we rolled into Crowley’s, our expectations were not let down.  Even though there have been some small long standing items changed, the atmosphere, food and service were top notch.  I have included a link so you can check them out, the Ride N Dine Club and Cycle City Team look forward to any chance we can get to head out to Crowley’s.

The night wrapped up around 9:30 and we headed our own directions home with the thought in the back of our mind that this historic ride was going to be trumped next week when we roll out of our first Ride N Dine Club ride from the new location.

P.S.  My ride this week was the Honda CBR F4i, this is one of my favorite modern Honda Sport Bikes.  Its handling and power are perfect for what you need around town.  The only drawback of this bike is it is so perfect and particularly this one, which is used, that it will be sold in a few days and I will have to move onto another ride.  It would be really special for the entire Pustelak family next week when we roll out of the new location (2 miles south of I90 on Peach Street), we hope to see you there for another Cycle City historic ride.
